Free Façade Scaffolding Banner Site Survey & Planning

Any building façade wrap which we undertake will start with an initial consultation. This allows us to break down the process to you step-by-step, highlighting any obstacles which we may need to tackle and also discuss the parameters of your budget. In the consultation we advise your scaffolding contractor is present. Once this is complete and all questions have been answered, we would look to conduct a technical site survey to inspect the façade which the banner will be wrapping. It is at this stage that we will take all the measurements necessary to pass onto our artwork and production department so that you get the very best finish once the façade banner is printed and installed. For an additional fee, Lavastar can provide professional wind loading diagrams at this point should this be necessary.

Printing & Installing Your Printed Façade Banner

All of our façade wraps are printed in-house using the latest high-tech printers and UV resistant inks. The print quality of our banners will always favour the speed at which they are produced. Therefore, you can rest assured that the proper pass rate will be used to achieve the maximum vibrancy of your colours and eliminate any banding. At this stage, Lavastar can provide print and material samples which, along with the wind loading conditions on site, will help you decide whether to opt for a mesh or solid PVC banner.

Once production is complete, Lavastar’s expert team of highly trained installers will visit site to erect your building wrap. This starts with the installation of an additional framework system which allows the banner to sit away from the existing scaffold to reduce the risk of any tears. The banner will then be fixed in place, allowed to unravel and finally tightened from all angles to give a tight, drum-skin-like finish. Lavastar have been producing and installing façade building wraps for many years and we can wholeheartedly guarantee that our combined choice of materials, inks and printing equipment will create give you the perfect banner which will not only look incredible but will also withstand whatever mother nature throws at it.
