Park Home Signage for Regency Living

All existing sites were visited, surveyed and an inventory produced logging all current signage. These were then retrospectively reviewed with the client, off the back of which we produced proposals for each site considering:

• Locations of existing signage
• Signage items that could be retained / refurbished to save costs and minimise
  waste
• Opportunities for new signage
• Key locations for sales messaging
• The customer journey and how routes could be better signposted to ensure visitors could navigate easily to their intended location
• Which signage items could require period updates as well as how they could be produced most A) cost effectively and B) efficiently with minimum waste. To conclude each site, a detailed site plan was produced highlighting signage types and locations, which in turn could be used by our installation teams when they visited to undertake the practical aspects of the rebrand

Following the successful completion of the Regency Livings rebrand, the client now commissions Lavastar to manage the wayfinding & marketing suite signage requirements at all of their new and upcoming sites.
