Building Wrap & Hoarding Signage at Retail Development in London
Lavastar were instructed by Street Vox and Lazari to install a giant art installation in the heart of Mayfair in London. Working under main contractors Erith and Faithdean we delivered one of our most complex projects to date.
The Lazari Building sits on the corner of New Bond street and Brook Street, the site was formally the iconic fashion store, Fenwick and sits within Mayfairs Conservation Area. When complete the development will bring 36,000 sq ft of world-class luxury retail space.
Delivering one of Londons most iconic Printed Scaffolding Wraps and Hoardings to date
What you see today at 53–63 New Bond Street was far from straightforward. After nearly a year of pre-project planning meetings, we finally took to the streets to deliver one of our most standout projects to date. Seamless multi-team coordination and meticulous attention to detail were key to achieving such a successful result.
Lavastar went through multiple rounds of print proofing and material testing to ensure the signage exuded the level of luxury befitting one of Mayfair’s premier retail developments. In the lead-up to delivery, we worked closely with creative agency Stepladder and artist Hugo Dalton to perfect the colour tones and image resolution.
The hoarding signage and custom building wrap were installed over a three-week period, completed just in time for six bespoke advertising windows on the wrap—showcasing some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands which is updated every two weeks by Lavastar for client Street Vox
