Centre Circle Banners For Football Stadiums

A centre circle banner is most commonly seen at major football events, whether broadcast on TV or displayed in large stadiums to capture the attention of fans. They are typically used to promote competition branding or highlight a key sponsor of the football club.

The most important decision when producing a centre circle banner is choosing the right material. The options are extensive and depend on how you intend to use the banner. Below are our two main recommendations:

1. A lightweight option (ideal for lifting and presentation)

If you are looking for a banner for your sports stadium that can be easily lifted off the grass during presentation — similar to those used in the Champions League — this is typically made from a strong, high-quality 115 gsm polyester with fire-rated properties. This material allows the banner to be carried smoothly and lifted up and down to create a striking effect.
We can also install fabric handles around the perimeter to help your team manoeuvre it. This option is produced using our dye-sublimation printer.

2. A durable option (ideal for use throughout a full season)

If you want a centre circle banner that looks as good at the end of the season as it did at the start, we recommend a mid-weight solid PVC. This is the best choice if you don’t plan on lifting the banner for a rippling effect, as PVC is heavier. One of its key benefits is that it can be easily cleaned — perfect if it takes some wear and tear with players walking over it.
